Will Allen - CEO

Will Allen is the founder of Big Red Power & Data, Inc. and Big Red DC1, Inc. Leveraging a decades-long background in global-macro alternative asset portfolio management—including tenures at Caxton Corporation, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Kingdon Capital Management, and WoodAllen Capital Management—he has shifted his focus to the intersection of energy and technology. Specifically, he now spearheads the construction of off-grid data centers powered by resilient energy parks, among other solutions. He is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College with a double major in Government and American Studies.

Jonathan Padilla - President

Jonathan Padilla has been at the intersection emerging technology and energy for over the last decade. He has run blockchain strategy at PayPal, leading efforts on the creation of PYUSD and worked on data infrastructure at firms such as Snickerdoodle Labs. He has previously served in functions at the White House, Google, and founded a research lab at the Stanford Engineering School where he still advises.

Jonathan graduated from Harvard College and received full scholarships at Oxford where he received an MPP and Tsinghua University where he received a masters in management science as a 2018 Schwarzman Scholar.

Dina Brewer - Chief Legal Officer

Dina Brewer has been practicing corporate law for the past 35 years, first in New York with the firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell and then in London as the head of the legal group for Morgan Stanley’s private equity funds. She has previously served as general counsel for Liberty Surf Group S.A., X-Stream Network and Quiconnect Ltd. and as Chief Operating Officer/Head of Strategy for 98Strong, Inc.

Dina received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 1988 and her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1992. She lives in Princeton, NJ with her husband, three daughters and two dogs.

William Wang - VP of Partnerships and Strategy

William Wang leads strategic partnerships and corporate strategy at Big Red Power & Data, building the commercial and institutional relationships that accelerate development of resilient Energy Parks and off-grid data center infrastructure. His work spans partner development, commercialization strategy, and execution across energy, infrastructure, and technology stakeholders.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, studied at Tsinghua University as a Schwarzman Scholar, earned graduate degrees from Brown University, and completed his undergraduate education at New York University.
